• For dogs this includes the Distemper (DHLPP or DHPP), Rabies and Bordetlla vaccines. 
• For cats this includes the Distemper (FVRCP) and Rabies vaccines. 
• Please provide a current record of your pets vaccinations, if they were not vaccinated at our clinic.
