Clients commonly ask about the easiest way to get their pets medications refilled.

The answer is the best way is to call us in advance- ideally a day in advance. This allows us time to pull your chart, confirm that we have the medication in stock, have it approved by our doctors, and fill and label the prescription.

If you stop by, we will do our best but it can often take 30 to 45 minutes depending on how busy we are at the time. We respect your time.
